Joy was brilliant! She helped us find a carrier that worked well for us and had lots of helpful tips on using it and our existing carrier too. She explained everything at exactly the right level for sleep deprived parents of a newborn and a toddler! We now have a carrier that works for both of us and feel more confident using it too. Would absolutely recommend for any parents whose baby (like both of ours) likes to be carried all the time.
